Riverkids warmly welcomes in-kind donations from this list:
- Toddler board books (the kind with stiff card pages) in English
- Lego
- Teaching lesson books and guides from Kindergarten and Grades 1-2
- Wooden puzzles
- Small metal cars like Matchbox cars
- Craft books, e.g. crochet, embroidery
- Schoolbags in good condition
- Very small children’s toys such as MacDonald Happy Meal toys.
Donations can be dropped off during weekdays at: 32 Hooper Road, Singapore 229209. Please email us in advance!
We are unfortunately unable to accept any other donations due to a lack of space. We can’t take soft toys or second-hand clothes especially.
We also try to buy as much as possible from the local markets in Phnom Penh as transporting donations can be expensive, so the things listed above are difficult to get in Phnom Penh or very expensive there.
Other great places in Singapore to donate items to are:
SPCA Jumble Sale every Saturday. They accept donations on weekdays between 9 am to 4 pm. The SPCA is at 31 Mount Vernon Road.
Volunteer-run thrift shop at the Singapore Council of Women’s Organisations at 96 Waterloo Street. Donations can be dropped off in the lobby at anytime.

I have wooden and plastic puzzle toys to donate to your Riverkids project. You have not stated that you want plastic ones, so I am writing to find out if it is ok for me to bring these along for donation. The plastics are durable and are easy to maintain. Please advise. Thanks
